Hello,

I would like to share with you my endless love for being creative!

 

Creativity fulfills me,  makes me feel alive, and shows me paths that I could not imagine before... It invites me to cross "uncrossable" bridges, to always think and live “outside the box”, and to build something new.

 

Brought up in Europe, I have worked as a stage performer, theater producer, and dance/movement/music/theater/language teacher with a focus on "TRANSFORMATION". I have worked with children, teens,  and adults,  throughout Europe and the United States.

 

In my professional career, as well as in my private life, I have made an important discovery:

 

Every challenge I have faced has helped me to understand life as a constantly evolving movement process!

 

We are a part of this creation process; we are actively creating our own life...

 

I became a life coach because I believe that every person can develop strategies for happiness in life. I am passionate about the individual, transformative story of each of my clients, their endless ability for change, and how to create a better quality of life.

 

To me, life is an amazing piece of art, and I want to be as creatively involved as possible!

 

My coaching is based on a holistic method that combines NLP tools with systemic approaches, inner movement, as well as humor and fun!

 

I received my life coach degree at the Euro-FH (University of Applied Science) in Hamburg, Germany, and my specialization as a Child and Youth Coach at the Institut für Potenzialentfaltung IPE in Düsseldorf, Germany.
